That is absolutely stunning. The colour just picks up the lines beautifully. The one I’ve been looking at (but not in the flesh yet) is this one (assuming the link works):

Anyone know this car? The seats are a bit marmite, but management gave me a death stare when I told her the race seats aren’t heated, and I think it kind of suits the grigio. Thoughts?
I’m not sure about the diamond seats, maybe a bit Bentley ?Also missing the Carbon driving zone which is a shame but not the end of the world

Don't think it suits the car. Worse than that, the misaligned glovebox would drive me insane.

i do find some interiors are marmite but then it is actually also quite nice, just different.

mine is the same really, charcoal. Its rare to see but works for me. Initially when i originally enquired i was really sceptical about them but since having them now i struggle to want any other colour. Go for it

I'm surprised this car has not gone as its well specced. It's also been reduced already by over 10k so a very good deal looks possible and the mileage is low.I think the seats will look good in the flesh but would not cost a fortune to have trimmed in the future.
The Grigio does look superb and is a very popular colour compared to White or Black for instance.

If it's anything like my glovebox, it just needs a push and it will click into place properly.

I am not sold on the seats but I certainly wouldn't let it stop me buying the car. As those are the non-race seats, they're just inserts therefore I imagine they will be very simple to swap out for some Daytonas or something more 'standard'.

I think I need to see this one in the metal/leather.

Given the limitations of the power warranty, would you get a PPI on these? I don’t particularly want to find it’s got (say) a misting shock in week 2, only to discover that the power warranty doesn’t include such things (or does it)?

With the non main dealer option, will Ferrari need to do a thorough check before they apply the power warranty where it’s not a continuation of an existing policy (i.e. like Macs). That would obviously be a good opportunity to flag such issues.

Cheers

The fist year extended warranty includes an inspection, if you don't go ahead they charge I think £320 plus VAT, the only thing is they might not look closely at items not covered by the warranty ie leaking shocks

interiors are very personal

The reason i really like this is the contrast roof and skirts (grigio), its not your usual black etc. Head lining is the same

Power Warranty doesn't include leaking/misting shocks, or any other oil leaks. I know from bitter experience, sadly.

How often is she going to be driving it / in it that heated seats are a deal breaker?

The carbon race seats are - in my opinion - awesome and well worth finding a car with them.

As to that interior, if you're content with it then that's good enough. That being said, it's the sort of thing where the dealer will say they're "unique", "individual", "striking" when trying to sell the car to you, and will use the exact same words when chipping you down when you try and sell it back to one. I think you'd have some difficulty selling it privately.

I'm not going to lie, the re-sale point on the seats is a slight concern. Having said this, I like them and as others have said, the inserts could be changed to Daytona's if it became a real problem. I think the rest of the interior isn't particularly polarising?

I'm not entirely sold on the race seats, there's something a bit S&M about them!

Curious if you have sat in both seats? I did and found the sports seats much better

Not yet, Regy53. I sat in a friend’s 430 carbon buckets and found them uncomfortable though (I accept they are dofferent). It looks like I’ll be looking at both a main dealer (carbon seat) and this car on the same day, so I can see how they feel then.

Nice but not a big fan of white TBH. Happy to hear from anyone selling rosso or grigio though!

How good is the 2 year Ferrari used car warranty ?, cars outside the main dealers don’t seem that much cheaper particularly if you allow £5k for the warranty.

I’m guessing a lot of the independent dealers are sale or return cars ?

There have been 2 or 3 new Spiders listed this week so I’m hopeful that we will see a bit more choice soon.
