F430 - Interior Roof Lining

Hi All,
The interior roof lining on my F430 has completely come away from the roof. It slowly started to sag, then came away at all sides and is now sitting in the footwell!
The leather is backed onto foam, which in turn is/was fitted to the underside of the roof. It seems that the foam has almost started to ‘fur up’ and caused the adhesive to fail.
Anyone else had this? Any recommendations of who/where to fix?
I took the car somewhere today and they basically said the original leather cannot be reused and they will need to fit new, whilst having to create a clean surface for the new piece to adhere too.
Any help, suggestions will be much appreciated
