The 458 is getting shipped to a company to hydro dip all the engine and boot. It looks unreal and really adds to the car imo.
I want the car perfect when I eventually get her to sheffield.
Check out the results man. Insane - https://youtu.be/xMQ3ehQr-5g

Offered as in, made an offer and was turned down?
I only listen to podcasts so not an issue. Found a company in Surrey who can upgrade the system to Audison Prima too for £1500. So it’s an option later.
Did you go see it buddy? Didn’t you sell your 458 a few months back?
yep offered and turned down said if seller is still looking at it in a month he might rethink. I wasnt to fussed as the spec wasnt perfect for me, the crema is a bit up and down. I sold my 458 in July / August and bought it back last month with 7 more miles and zero keepers so not to bad.
already spoken to the hydrop dip guy i already have a carbon engine bay, but missing the air box, the front end looks sublime. My only fear was they want the car for 4-5 days and I'm very untrusting, I would rather take the bits to them
Yeah it’s got to be done down in Kent man.
I’m hoping to get the car delivered then head down to collect.
You say the Creme is up and down? In what sense?
The quality?
I’m thinking of getting it retrimed so it’s fresh anyway. But if you’re saying the leather is a bit tired, I will def be going that way.

Appreciate any advice or help in terms of issues. So kindly point them out. I didn’t see bubbly paint but I need to know these things haha.
Dick Lovett assured me the car is spic span in terms of quality.

Ahh yeah. That one was a little worn. 2011 I think. He’s done an amazing job with restoring her though. New leather from B trim, full carbon bonnet/boot, paint correction.https://youtu.be/xMQ3ehQr-5g

“My” car... unfortunately not yet. I’ve got Ferrari Finance and Supercar Finance brokers on it for me. Lenders are very very strict due to covid. So we will see. All fingers and toes are crossed.

Mini Yorkshire meet then
Keep us posted. Personally I think its a huge premium for the low miles there's 50k to be lost in that car over 1/2/3 years the peachy ones are 20 to 25k you aren't driving the premium off then. I'd be careful that you don't end up upside down in the finance. Max out the deposit to avoid having to pay a significant amount of cash to come out of it if you wanted to later down the line.

Thanks mate.
Being my first Ferrari, I don’t mind paying more for a late model, full carbon, low miles, cruise control and the £10k seats. It’s my perfect spec. It even has the carbon diffuser and rear section around the F badge. So that saves me wrapping it. Ideal.
I’ve got finance for under £900 a month with a £40k deposit. Which leaves me £150 better off then my C63s haha.
I “plan” on this being a keeper. So values don’t worry me too much. But it’s good to know what your views are.
We’re getting the new GLA 35 amg soon, so not a bad daily to go along with the 458 (which il put 3k a year on I’d imagine).
