No, happily it sold to a nice chap who was in the market for an FF. He seemed chuffed with it when he came to see it before collection. It was a lovely example, never gave me any trouble in 3.5 years, which is totally at odds with what you hear about these cars. It had a complete main dealer service history, which the past 2 or 3 FF's on CC haven't had. It really wanted for nothing, just fuel up and enjoy. I hope the new owners really enjoys it driving

That Blue FF on A/T looks like one that sold recently on CC, although I may be wrong on that.

Got to say I hope PH auctions takes off. The ability to chat with owners and discuss rhe car in a thread for each entry is a huge help for legitimate sellers and buyers.

An F355 manual spider went for £60k on there recently too. Trade prices on a lot of cars are softening quite a bit.

It looked a bit rough around the edges, but it still seems relatively cheap for the driving experience.

The spread in advertised prices is very large!

19 FF’s currently for sale on Autotrader. That's the highest number I’ve seen for sale for many years. I think the price spread is about right. Remember that the car was in production for around 5 years so you have cars advertised from 2011 up to 2016.

Mileage, spec and Ferrari warranty effect prices. In the last six months prices have softened around 20% - 25%

Prices must be effected by interest rates. Wonder if prices will harden now interest rates go down again, or if the communist government will put everyone off spending money with the next woe is me speech

£69,995.00 - Lowest price seen?

I know it’s an import but the price is certainly attractive. Quite like the spec as well apart from the steering wheel.

I'd be interested to see if that steering wheel and seat belts were on the original spec!

a £30k PTU replacement after only 11k miles - these cases are the horror stories keeping potential buyers away from a car which - based on reviews I have seen - is otherwise really good

Do the Lussos suffer from the same issue?

A reconditioned unit is about £10k which IMO isn't too bad maintenance-wise on a car that was >£200k when new.

IIRC correctly the V8 Lusso is not 4wd so no PTU to go wrong

But you can get a PTU upgraded for £8-£10k these days by a reputable independent.

Quite a cost still. I’d be pretty unhappy with that level of spend on most cars.

nono An FF or V12 Lusso aren't "most cars".
