Looks like a very early car that seems to have had some mods and upgrades.

Have you checked the history of the car? I think I saw this car pop up in classifieds somewhere and I think it may have come up as an import but I may be wrong.
I believe the first Gallardos came with the really long gearing, which was revised later on. For £70k odd, I would hold out and see if I would be able to find a slightly later car.

My thoughts,
doesnt look like a dealer that regularly sells lambos, doesnt make it a bad car.
I dont see the list of mods you mention on the add, just new coilovers.
tyres, it says have just been replaced front and rear so they should be fairly new.
mot history on it shows some issues with brakes, probably as it sat around not being used much. (it also amazes me when people mention mileage on used cars, oh low mileage - dont want one of those, lots of problems, high, dont want one of those , lots of problems, truth is low mileage means less wear on anything that moves, (i.e engine internals, clutch, water pump, pulleys, alternator, wheel bearings, etc, etc, etc, etc, and as long as its been stored nice and dry and still serviced and operated it will be better than a high mileage car and worth more.
mileage, isnt super low and generally these are toys for people that often have a number of sports cars, my lambo is one of three toys, does under 1k miles a years, but then the aston, 911 and boxster all do 1000 to 1500 so, not really that strange that its low mileage,,,
owners, really low, which is a good thing,
colour, used to like the orange, less of a fan now (cos I am getting old) but certainly when they brought out the pearl paint you could spec the level of gillter in it,, think one, two or three layer flek and they charged you more for each, the orange would have been a special order paint, so cost more and the there layer spec would be more again, (the add, seems to have typed one of the twice)
gear wise, 2004 cars had a long ratio first gear which some said was too long, (bit like 2nd gear on all the porsche gt4s up until the pdk) , later cars they changed the ratio slightly. (although not certain it was the same ratio on manual cars - but suspect so as it basically the same gearbox, just the E gear works the clutch for you with hydraulics)
as with any used car, have it inspected by a good indy or even a main dealer, check for non original paint (although fronts are often painted for stone chips (can be hard to match that colour) unless it has PPF from new which 2004, could easily of had, but much more common these days, check , crash damage, etc, and check that the service history is fairly comprehensive and from reputable garages or main dealers.
being a manual coupe, very rare, should hold its value well.
