Quick photo, soon after leaving Italia Autosport. Taken outside a great pub - The Lamb in Chinley - nice overnight stay before today's sunny, epic drive down to Cornwall.

Absolutely lovely, great colour for them too.
Is it running the Superformance alloys so you can use normal tyres?

Just completed the 365-mile drive from Italia Autosport up in the Peak District to home here in Cornwall.

Happy to say I'm the lucky new custodian of John Pogson's Argento/Bordeaux Mondial QV, made famous in this film: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=WHkU1h_sKM4

He gave me a masterclass in how to drive it properly yesterday - that alone was worth the trip!
Congratulations and thanks for posting the link to John's film, it's a while since I've watched it. Used to see several Mondials regularly when I lived in West London in the early '80s, they're so underated and much maligned.

Please post some more photos when you get the chance beer

Love that 2nd photo, the Mondial has one of the best rear ends of any Ferrari.

Very cool. I'm sure I'm not alone in looking down on these as a kid in the early 90s.. how ignorant I was.

cloud9 That's an effortlessly cool looking car, congratulations op.

Could I be a geek and ask for a better photo of the centre console with all the switches please? What's going on to the left of the gear lever?

I like them also. Guy at my school, his mother drove him a couple of times a week in a red one.

It’s a bank of LEDs, 10 of them then 3 warning rectangular LEDs A, B & C.
They indicate the following
1=engine coolant low level
2=failure in brake warning
3=warning for bonnets or fuel flap open
4=Transmission oil level low
5=Engine low oil level
6=Low washer fluid
7=Accumulation of mileage (approximately 5km) - service light
8=Failure in stop lights ( not sure how that differs from 2?)
9=Failure in one or more outside lights
10=Insufficient Freon in air-con

A=Main yellow warning activates due to failure of one or more items 6 through 10
B= Main red warning activates due to failure of one or more items 1 through 5
C= Green activates if all items OK

Car now gone but still have the workshop manual ??

Super cool car, well done and for sticking to your guns. I think they look great and agree with comment above - the rear end is stunning. Ever since seeing Al Pacino drive the T convertible ‘blind’ in Scent of a Woman I had a soft spot for them. Great value I think and agree with the comment in the video - you will attract no jealousy at all, only admiring glances and thumbs up. Enjoy!

I had a T coupe for a while, a wonderful experience and event to drive at any speed. Obviously i am biased and thought it looked the best, but i was always amazed at the number of phones and cameras pointed at the car. Agree with the others, wonderful rear end on it
