Hi Guys,

I realise that for this summer, my hopes might be dashed, so this might be a 2021 request!

I'm not after a track day, as I don't really fancy pushing the Gallardo car round the track lap after lap, I have a little Mx-5 for that.

What I would like to do in the Gallardo is
- parade laps, which are a little quick
- a short sprint down a runway - or similar?

I recall Wings and Wheels allow a whole bunch of cars to do sprints down the runway, but rules were getting stricter and stricter

Silverstone Classic had parade laps, but unsure

I wasn't sure if Lamborghini ever organised anything?

Any other thoughts?

Thanks
R

Le Mans is a fine parade lap and always worth the trip, but obviously cancelled along with many others this year.

Festival Italia at Brands Hatch do a selection of parade and display laps. Cracking event. T.

Didn't know about either.

There was one down at the National Motor Museum, I can't recall the event, but it seemed a little harsh on the cars.

Hi

in a word - join Supercar Driver.... I've done multiple events with them where exactly as described you're part of an event and get to do a parade lap... so far done Silverstone, Rockingham, Donnington... I think several other days on an airfield to have a quick run.... great club highly recommend!!

Or book a trackday and take both your cars and do a handful of laps in the G. I've done this plenty of times and Trackday organisers are usually fine with it as long as both cars dont go on track at the same time and/or you dont swap over too many times.
