There is more on Furlonger's instagram page including videos of the engine going back in if you are interested. Sorry but I've no idea how to post videos on here. As you can see from their site we've done an awful lot to it to get it into mint condition and just a full repaint to go and then the refurbished interior to go back in. It makes it sound like it was in rough condition but it certainly wasn't as it's only done 18,000 km but I wanted to make it absolutely top drawer before I sold it.

I’m not sure what it was worth before the work but if you want to get a top price then it has to look the part. Also I believe it’s easier to sell a car where everything has already been done. The idea is that it will need nothing and be a less scary purchase than if a load of work needs doing. I guess only time will tell but there is certainly a lot of interest in it and it’s not finished yet.

Thrilled to have found this old magazine in the attic after 23 years believing it to have been long gone. Spent many hours lusting after this Countach in my early teens.
