F355 shock absorber repair or replace?

45k miles on the car and the back left shock absorber is damaged. The teeth on the wheel that connects to the actuator is broken/grinded down.

Ferrari says they can’t repair it but might be worth asking bilstein themselves. If I can get it repaired would it make sense to send in the other 3 also for refurb?

If it can’t be fixed do I replace both the rears or just replace the broken one?

Did this fix on mine years ago using the Hill Engineering part.

Easy fix to do and no specialist tools needed.
