Mclaren Owners Club

Thanks everyone for feedback. I’ve just applied to join the club as felt I was missing out on opportunities to meet up with other owners. I bought my car from a dealership a distance from me and although they regularly invite me to events they’re too far away for me to attend regularly. My local dealership don’t seem that interested I assume as I didn’t buy the car from them although that would be where I would go to for servicing and repairs.

Hi and welcome. I bought mine from Southampton via a dealer in Aberdeen

REF: Local dealer. I don't think it's about you not buying from them....I just don't think they have a lot going on socially TBH. I bought my GT new from Rybrook (McLaren Birmingham) in March and haven't really been offered anything apart from the new model launch.Maybe either different dealerships have different ways of doing things, or I'm a social leper.
Other than that I can't fault the dealership, they've been really great so far, and the car is epic.
Pete
