I was waiting until I had the PPF fit

I do now have a vinyl sticker front plate

Sadly some idiot already drilled two number plate holes !

Looks fantastic, my mate is kicking himself as I'm sure are many others. Great car.
But, if I may, why change the front badge? as I actually think the original McLaren 'tick' looks better. getmecoat

Personal preference, can always revert
I think because I just came out of a 650 I preferred the more angular rectangle shape

I’m pretty sure a friend was the original owner of that car.

Funnily enough - I have a 650, and when I saw the first pics was a bit jealous of the tick. wink

Whats nice about these is to see owners gelling with them.

Love this 12c! Always thought the tick looked better than the rectangular badge too.

Superb service from McLaren Birmingham, delivered it back to me today fresh from its 8year service and having changed all 4 accumulators under the THJ supplied warranty. They also updated all the software which in turn brought the comfort entry back to life.

I doubt the car will see much use over winter, save for those wonderful crisp sunny winter days we tend to get.

I do think the design is aging like a fine red wine.

Didn’t you mention it might be for sale on another thread?

I’m in two minds.
I’m collecting a manual 997 GTS on Saturday, and have a Project 8 and a GR Yaris.

Ideally I’d like to consolidate into fewer cars … if only they made a 4 seat GT3 mere mortals could actually buy !

Let us know how the 997 and 12c compare. I'd be amazed if a 997 kicks a 12c out of that garage. Probably one of nicest 12c in UK this one. Keep never sell IMO smile

Another thumbs up here for McLaren Birmingham, Simon and Simon in service are proper nice guys to deal with.
Oh, and keep that car! They are aging very well.
