Ok thanks where did you get the kit for the 600 LT as it's not showing on the web site
I just did this today, SmartTop - you can get it from Design911.What I would say is that space fo the add on loom is really tight, and I managed to break two clips off the cap when removing it. Or maybe they were already broken, who knows. The clips are all angled forwards so you really want to pull mainly forwards rather than 'up'.
On the positive side, I did find that the lid of the roof control module made an awful rattling sound so I taped it tight - maybe that will get rid of one of my main annoying noises in the car!

Someones hopefull trying to make money on it......
Will Mclaren warranty a mapped car if its returned to std and mpi'd?
I'd expect them to inspect it, make you pay for any outstanding issues, take your money for a warranty and fix non-powertrain related issues. But if a gearbox/engine issue popped up at any point they'd check the ECU and see it's been mapped and refuse it under warranty. Will Mclaren warranty a mapped car if its returned to std and mpi'd?
