Fast Ferry to Poole weight limit

Hello,

I need to get a ferry from Jersey to the UK. I would prefer Poole, but I will be very, very close to the weight limit - I will be in a Discovery 3, towing a Brian James Minno trailer and a 550kg Caterham 7, plus various bits and a spare set of wheels. I think I will be 50kg to 100kg over the 3500kg weight limit. Is this actually checked? If it is, I guess i'll need the overnight to Portsmouth instead!

I'm not sure if there is a weighbridge at the Jersey checkin, I know there is now in Guernsey. You'll be best checking directly with Condor.
