Looks like they took the article down, perhaps there was an embargo on the story and they accidental posted too early.

I'm assuming this is the bridge over the mouth of the tunnel at the main entrance?

If you put ‘Panoz’ in on the search function on that site the story comes up.

Looks good.

Can’t help thinking a bit wider with a central rail to have a one system would have been the icing on the cake.

A separate pedestrian tunnel to the village area would be nice and try and get rid of the vehicle / pedestrian mix on the village side of the tunnel.

I think they will need to obscure the view of the track from it, otherwise it will be useless at busy times during the race/practice.

I agree. It will become as a big a constraint as currently if the view is not obscured. looks a little narrow anyway to alleviate the current jams fully
