I'm sure the fine people from 1st tickets, who host the Pistonheads at their private site will reply at some point.
But I don't think the full office is working at the mo?
I imagine you have not heard back from them is that the ACO have not announced what is happening this year.
Frustrating but understandable with what is going on in the world!.
I'm sure as soon as the ACO announce what is happening and tickets become available the ticket agents will be back to work and contacting customers.

I have just seen this posted elsewhere, an email from 1st tickets
"When we last contacted you, we were aiming to launch our 2021 camping packages in February 2021. However, during December and early January there was a sharp rise in COVID-19 cases, and we are all, once again, in a National lockdown with travel restrictions in place. Hopefully, these restrictions and the vaccination programmes will have a positive impact and reduce the number of new cases and pressure on health services.
In addition, the ACO has recently informed us that, due to the current uncertainty, bookings and agent allocations for this year’s Le Mans 24 Hours have been deferred further and they are now planning to open ticket sales in early April 2021. This gives them more time to ensure that they can host an event that meets the usual high standards and current health regulations. As a result, we have taken the decision to delay the launch of our private camping packages until late March 2021."

Just remember - going on holiday to France is illegal. Boris may well be remembered as the person who made holidays illegal. 
Unfortunately President Macron forgot how much tourist business the UK gave to his country in the past (& the bigger picture!) when he took his “position” on the Brexit situation. I wouldn’t even try to calculate the value to the French economy of the annual 24 hr race plus the LM Classic every other year as an example (plus all the speeding fines paid by errant foreign visitors to the 24hrs!! 
)Last year we weren’t going until about 2 weeks before. The entry requirements for France were restricting travel, LM had cancelled the viewing Villages and we were unsure about accommodation. Then the travel restrictions got lifted, our accommodation confirmed we could stay and we got insurance through Battle Face which covers against FCO advice. So just two of us went for a week over there and had a great time. I’m not assuming anything for this year, if the race is on and we can travel then I’ll be there again.
