Im not sure about the camping sold out. I think they have not released all the spaces. Beausejour is massive, I don’t think this would be sold out
Have anybody ever seen camping tickets sold out?
No, but then we’ve never had the combination of this level of demand (agencies being 4 or 5 times over subscribed) and the ACO deciding to slash the number of camping pitches before Have anybody ever seen camping tickets sold out?

I wonder if the track being open to the public on the Tuesday means the roads are closed all week or if that’s just the permanent sections of the course?
The roads have been closed all week for a couple of years now - mainly because it takes so long/is such a faff to open and close them each time, and with the change from "N138" to "D338" Les Hunaudières is no longer a principle road so they can get away with it.//j17 said:

They were re-opened on Monday and Tuesday last year, made it much easier to get to the shiny new Auchan in the family village which is a much more pleasant shopping experience than the centre sud Carrefour FredericRobinson said:
The weekend is now sold out according to an email from the ACO, only practice days left
So I was fortunate enough to secure 10 camping in Beausejour and 20 weekend entrance for our usual group, some of whom have been going for over 30 years!! The big question is as Beausejour is inside the circuit how will they allow access to camping before the weekend, we usually arrive on the Thursday!!!! Normally we cannot get into the site without our General entrance tickets that of course used to be the main ticket before all this change in ticket options caused all this chaos !!!!Pennoir said:

Sure you'll be fine, there's only really Tertre Rouge where it might be a problem FredericRobinson said:

Sure you'll be fine, there's only really Tertre Rouge where it might be a problem It's only campsites where you have 'uncontrolled' access from the campsite to the circuit that are classed as 'inside the circuitt', so sites like Houx/Garage Vert/Tetre Rouge.

From memory there's no checking of GE tickets at the main entrance to the Beausjour campsite, just camping passes for vehicles. It's only at the entrance to the 'Porsche curves inner' spectating area inside the Beausjour campsite that you need to present a GE ticket.

This year they did overnight start asking for Race tickets on entry to BSJ which was interesting as I'd left mine in the caravan on-site. Just shrugged my shoulder a lot until they gave in. I think it's because they were not checking tickets before going onto the bank. It's only campsites where you have 'uncontrolled' access from the campsite to the circuit that are classed as 'inside the circuitt', so sites like Houx/Garage Vert/Tetre Rouge.
What they will do in 2023 is anyones guess.
Hey chaps.
Jumping on the thread here in disbelief of this years ticket sales and the going about of it...
A friend of mine made a good point of, what about all the oldies who don't use the Internet drive all the way down there and come face to face with the disappointment we all have!

Unfortunate, but this is now the 21st century.... I went for 24 years with a group who had never bought their tickets other than on the gate. They don't camp, so had no difficulty with their grandstand seat order being fulfilled with 1st Tickets. This year of course, they had to buy entry tickets at the same time - for the first time - I think they're now very glad indeed that this was the case! I do sympathise with those who at present have missed out, especially as literally nothing is turning up on eBay - yet. I'm a 35 year veteran of Le Mans and I've also moderated a specific Le Mans forum for 22 years so my ear was firmly to the ground from the start of and throughout the ACO's ticketing debacle this year. As an ACO member I got in for entry, grandstand and parking the moment ticketing opened. What is the biggest gripe for me is that the ACO made absolutely no announcement at all in advance of the changes they were making, leaving even the established agencies in the dark. I guess they knew they were going to sell out, whatever happened....
