Is there an Angouleme Circuit des Remparts "Taxi"?

Hi all,
Just wondering if an anyone knows if it's possible to book a lap or two as a passenger at Angouleme's Circuit des Remparts?
I was there about 10 years ago (excellent weekend) and i recall a 3 Series BMW drifting around the circuit which you could book trips in. I've searched high and low but can't find any mention of being able to book trips.
My brother will be going there as part of his stag do and unfortunately i can't be there as i live on the other side of the world at the moment, so was going to book it for him as a surprise.
If anyone knows details, or if they even do it any more, it'd be great to know.
