A nice list of cars there. Shame there isn't a bit of variation day-to-day, but I guess that's the prerogative of the guys at PH Towers smile

Now to go and buy some tickets!

Hi Ben, I noticed that the list includes an Elise 250 Cup but there wasn't a pic of one on this thread. I have a 220 Cup but have not received an email?

I just wanted to check just incase?

Cheers

A few people questioning here, would it not be good to include the usernames next to the car list?

I'm assuming as I didn't get an email or PM, that none of the cars are mine. However, who is the TBC one on Friday??

Hi im a novice in the field and starting for the first time to go to the Classic car Shows, would like to present my TR6 which is not for the purest as the running gear has been modified by accommodating an American Chevy 350 V8, still tinkering with it however it may not be concours but it is in pretty good nick for presentation.

I would like to echo the above poster. A huge thanks to Ben and the team sorting a fantastic weekend and making everyone feel welcome. Was also great to meet fellow PistonHeads on the stand and see the diverse mixture of cars on show. thumbup

I'd also like to add my thanks.
Great weekend.
Had to go to work today for a rest!
Still got home tonight and fell straight asleep until 8:30. So had a takeout.

As others had said, I wanted to say a huge thank you to Ben and the team for an awesome weekend.
It was great to meet some other PistonHeaders, thanks for making us feel welcome.
There were too many high points to the weekend; but the three that stand out are being in the pit area during the Historic Formula 2 (before being asked to leave as we didn't have the correct passes, but got some decent photos before we were told to go though),
seeing a vintage Bentley drive past in the pouring rain with the passenger holding an umbrella,
and the parade lap of course, still can't believe we got the chance to do it.
I think we may be back for next year.

That's called getting in early!
Ben: Do you think we'll be back? Even if just as a club not a "Partner"?
Can always find an excuse for a parade lap: Did 2 this year one in Ali's Fiat Coupe (anniversary parade) and one with you guys "Such fun"
I also had the option of a Sporting Bears Parade lap, but that was same time as ours.
We kept to 30mph side by side Mr H & S man smile

Will keep you posted on that one! But hopefully. In the meantime the highlights of the Silverstone Classic will be on the telly Sunday evening, scheduled straight after live coverage of the BTCC at 6:15 on ITV4.

If you can't tune-in, you can either watch on catch-up or repeats are currently scheduled to be shown on Monday 2 September at 19:00 or Sunday 8 Sept at 18:00. Set yourselves a reminder!
