Looking for a small automatic SUV/Hatchback for my old man - got to be auto as his old hip's not up to it anymore, and punchy enough to bomb about the Lake District most days - might have stumbled on a bit of a deal here:
DS3 Cross Back 155 Prestige Auto:
10k miles
9 + 23 @ £171 inc VAT
£285 fees
Total least cost: £5757
OTR price from DS configurator: £30,020 - who knew these were so expensive to start with?
I make that 19% of RRP to lease.

Wife’s just FTK on an Audi A1 25 Technik for £215 a month 3+35 with a £298 fee 10k 3 yrs from fleet prices.
Fails the conventional percentage benchmarks but it’s a well specced small premium car and my Wife wanted to be making a significant saving vs her current Tucson at £248/mth so it works for us. Nice place to be and genuinely impressed with how much ‘advanced’ stuff is standard albeit they’ve still not specced things like parking sensors leaving those to tempt people to upgrade to sports etc.
Fleet prices was who we went with after initially seeing it slightly cheaper with another broker that couldn’t fulfill at that price (£211)
Might help someone in a similar boat and nice to post another ‘deal’ or price at least!!

Are there any semi decent deals left out there for the Leaf? I recall the previous gen one being cheap but the current one seems steep
I had a new 2015 tekna(PCP) for £1500 + 23x£150 so yes current models are alot more but 40kw range is nearly twice the 24kw. Still got mine - bought it out of PCP, fits the bill as a daily and costs bugger all depreciation/billsThey are starting to come down, check www.leasing.com. There are some stock acenta 9x23 £197 but to get a tekna, its 9+23 £248

Had a price to add 12 months to my wife’s 2yr deal, finishing in March on her Tiguan.
Currently paying £265 and will be £205 if we want it.
Chances are it’ll be due another service and possibly a pair of tyres if we keep it to 30k, so the potential saving is likely to be lost.
We’ve agreed a deal on a new one in March already, at £285, so will deffo be taking the new lease for the new car.
Had we not got a sub £300 deal on a new car, the numbers might have worked in our favour.
Just posting the above for reference as I know others picked up a Tiguan in March 2018 when she did.

What is FTK?
Fisting the kumquat, a term from PistonHeads lease deal thread folklore, not sure where in the previous 3500 pages of deals chat it came from but hey, ‘its the term to be used! Like so many silly things, it seems to be here to stay. I, for one, remain in favour but reserve the right to change my mind at the drop of a kumquat.

I’m looking to order a seat Leon black edition dsg in the next couple of weeks. With the new model due next year is it worth holding off a bit longer?
Got a decent quote so far £1200 down with £200 a month payment on 8k over 24month.
Any thoughts?
Most likely an error but I would give zen auto a ring just incase can bag a Cupra dsg for just £100 more initial payment! Got a decent quote so far £1200 down with £200 a month payment on 8k over 24month.
Any thoughts?
