Hi

Looking for quotes for a Mark 8 VW Golf R-Line TSI 150PS (see example image)

In moonstone grey
18inch Bergamo alloys
Side and travel assist
Rear camera

Term 36 months
Annual mileage 10K
Initial deposit 12 months

Best quote so far is:
Deposit of £2965
Monthly cost £247.14

Was thinking of adding the HK system which would come to a monthly cost of £257.51, but am not sure if it is worth the extra, if the stock system is fine

The broker is expresscarleasing.co.uk. I think the funder is Ald Automotive.

What do you guys think?

If you use their website and get a quote for 10k pa over 2 years then its just under £13k including vat.
If you go for the same deposit and period etc as your quote it’s £282 pm plus vat.
Seems expensive to me.

Hi

Are you saying what they quoted me at £247 Inc VAT is expensive?

I am new to this "game" so I apologise for silly question or if I don't understand

Thanks

If you include the big deposit then your monthly is effectively £330 I think.
Strange that your quote is so much cheaper than their website.

That’s amazing. The lead times are 30 weeks and so I’d have thought they’d keep prices high.

Reckon I should lock in the deal? I read somewhere that I need to get in writing a confirmation that the price won't increase come 2022 delivery..I can wait the 30 odd weeks.

So if I accept, they can change the price? Is that true ?

They can’t increase your price once the contract is signed. No one else has commented to maybe it’s not a gr8 deal.

£22,284 for three years of driving (and 18,000 miles).

I can't find the 0.2ppm mentioned anywhere.

I just can't imagine spending that sort of money when you can get a non-electric XC40 (albeit T3) for £299pm (36 months) with no initial payment and 10k per annum.

Unless it's purely for tax purposes, BIK etc, I can't see how it works out cheaper to get the Volvo Care offer.
£10,764 pa (plus Insurance and maintenance - but that can't be more than ~£2k over the term?)
£22,284pa (plus insurance)

It just doesn't make sense. Unless you are buying the car and not the deal.
Hi, I wondered if you can share the deal on the XC40 T3 @ £299 a month over 3 years?

TIA, C.

Spotted a deal on a T-Roc Black Edition with the same engine as this, thought it was worth flagging up as it seems a lot cheaper (£2095 initial/£221.81 a month on 9+35 10k p.a.)

In terms of colour, this is based on a solid paint which you get at the advertised price. You can get a metallic option for more but just let me know your thoughts on what you prefer. Personally i like the solid colours and they are cheaper.

With stock too if we have a batch of these car order with improved discount due September
