Where did you get this deal?
I got this directly through Syntner Audi - they had a few in build (various colours and specs) that were due to be delivered in March. Not sure if any are left but can share the contact details I have if your interested

VIP Gateway seem to have some stock at similar pricing.

off topic ish, but I guess highly suitable to this thread... EV car tax. Is it right that if we buy a new EV over £40k, but it's registered before April 1st, it will be £195 tax next year/each year?

From how it is explained on DVLA yesterday this seems to be correct.

Correct. The "luxury" premium won't apply to EVs registered until the end of this month.

New car day - thanks to whoever shared the pre-reg Grandland Ultimate deal a few months back. Just under £260/mth on a 1+23, 8k miles. Trailer delivery with 1 mile on the clock

Which dealership delivered by trailer?

A nice touch, most of my leases had 100 odd miles on from a delivery driver coming half way across the country.

I leased an s3 back in 2016 and they drove it from London to Glasgow. 500 odd miles on the clock before I even sat in it!

An excellent deal. Pretty sure that's an excellent car too. We used to have a 3008 and that was brilliant so I assume very similar.

Pretty amazing deal on the new Capri

£247 on a 12+23, 5k seems to be the default. £391 on 1+23, 8k on more reasonable terms.

Like it in the yellow biggrin

So are Ford just taking a bath on the new Explorer & Capri?

The Explorer has an RRP of £45k, but costs £12.5k to lease for 3yrs, so are they hoping a 3yr old Explorer will be worth north of £30k? Going by the current marker I think they'd be lucky to see £20k

The RRP may be £45k, but I'd wager the invoice price to the dealer/broker is a lot less.

Secondly, there's the little matter of the ZEV mandate, which Ford were late to the party with.

I've had an Explorer for 7 months, and am very happy with it.

not really, in fact it's a poor deal. Looking at the standard 36/10k shows roughly 33% of P11D.

Admittedly that is still likely to be a net loss to whomever is financing the deal.

20% by my maths for the explorer on a 24 month 10k.

You and me both, my GLE was driven from London as well! Dropped the driver off at the nearest train station each time.

I reached out to a few dealerships in regards to the I5 deal.

The best I could get for 10k on a 36 month deal for a i5 edrive 40 m sport is 2k down and £629 a month. Probably just a bit too steep for me.

Is anyone getting anything better for an I5?

Why did I look at 36 months, clearly a brain fart moment, thanks for the correction
