Its an odd-looking car in some places, at some angles. But looks sensational in others. That concave and convex boot? Its rather pretty,. whatever the FUDers say
I agree, from some, maybe even most angles it looks good.

But then there's this.

I have a 3 (not a Y) and can see it sideways on from my kitchen window... there are some nice angles to it from the side. Side view over the bonnet is a good angle.

But front on has never done it any favours. Awful. smile

Had my first ride in the back of one today. Compared to the GLC I've been in the other day it was night and day in terms of space.
I can see why they are so popular.

The prices today are crazy low.
You inspired me to look yesterday, they are indeed keenly priced this week. I came close to trading up to a model Y with seven seats. But then I have the Hastle of shifting mine and insurance and decided it’s too soon.

Defo would have got one now if I hadn’t already got the 3.

If I was on a 2yr lease I would have chopped it in. We are 20k miles at month 16 of a 36. It's been faultless easy motoring. Just can't get that size for those prices anywhere else EV wise that can do distances stress free. Mine is £500PCM so quite a saving on them now.

I like it. Also a nice small splash of colour to the interior.

Not so keen on the styling, it looks like they took a little too much inspiration off the XPeng, but the small elogated front projectors are the direction of chinese EV manufacturers in general, so not much of a surprise given that China is the main market.

I like it

Fix the ride quality and it'll be a really good car. I'll swap my current Y for one in 3 years or so.

The ride was really my only complaint.

Keeps the stalks as well - I reckon they've had too much pushback on what was a stupid decision.

So a better quality interior a la Highland, quieter and with better ride also a la Highland. Looks more modern and will sell by the boatload as long as the lease deals remain sensible, and Musk reigns in some of his current mental behaviour.

I picked up my LR Y at 2 years old and nearly 50% off the new list price. Hopefully the new model will retain the mental depreciation.

How they are still getting away with the phrase 'Full Self Driving' is quite something.

I don't see column stalks

Looks like a nice update, I recently tried the 3 and the Y and the interior improvements on the facelift 3 do make the Y look a bit old hat inside.

So how do we change gear now? Is that why he's been developing the Neuralink brain implant?

Same as the Highland - either on the screen or using the buttons above the mirror. Personally I'd still prefer a stalk.
