£69,949 cheapest now available on Autotrader FROM A REPUTABLE DEALERSHIP in Nimbus with 2,400 miles on the clock. So you are buying with the sale of goods act protection etc etc.
Good little dealership (I've been there before looking at other things) with a healthy turnover of great and interesting stock. Can't imagine they don't have a £5,000 profit in that so trade price is now mid 60's.
Give this another year and i4's being available in the new colours and I think FE's will be down to mid 50's. Interest rates are not going to go down and 9.4% car finance from Lotus is going to make a lot of people's eyes water.
I think we know trade price is now well in to the £50’s, but they may well have paid a chunk more if they’ve had it a while. The way Evora asking prices are holding up in comparison.....
Does this mean I'm not the only oddball that thinks the Evora is better looking?
Possibly. I suspect that Evora prices are holding up because there are some of us who suspect it's a better/more engaging driver's car than the Emira - and there aren't many Evoras on the market. For a few the 2+2 seating may also be a draw.Does this mean I'm not the only oddball that thinks the Evora is better looking?

How interesting. I recently bought a Gallardo to keep for a few years before looking for the perfect spec Emira, but that situation seems to be approaching quicker than I thought
Would Gallardo -> Emira not be a backward step? I'm thinking of going Emira -> LP560-4 over the next few years. Maybe it's not a fair comparison with the difference in age and tech etc.How does that even happen? You would think that lotus would control the supply to authorised dealers. I just don't understand how there is apparently a little Ng wait list but yet there are stock cars floating about? Is the spec that varied that those committed aren't offered these cars at a decent subsidy to keep everyone happy??!

we can only assume that Lotus are a bunch of incompetent muppets in every department. I really don't understand how Matt Windle has kept his job being in charge of such utter moronity that can't even get a car to market let alone all the other astonishing nonsense that we see.p_k_n said:
