Nothing like taking the old gal out on a romantic sunrise trip to the nearest fly tipping.

Damn I love this car. It is so well planted, I have about 80% more confidence going into corners than I did with the F-type.
I’ve also been loving the little things, like the Rev redline slowly creeping higher as the engine warms up.
The boost display when you’re in track mode.
Launch control is also very very fun.
And the sound of that V6, just incredible.
Now time for a good clean as it’s pretty filthy. Still very happy with my purchase. It’s a lot of car for the price if you buy second hand.

Pushed the button on this today from Bell and Colvill it's a v6 touring pack was up for 59k got it for 58k and they are going to do the service which is due in April but hopefully going to get that done for me next week.
Did you trade in the Noble? Or are you going to keep it? Or sell it privately? What's the general consensus on buying a car with known warranty repairs (both past and current?) Currently considering a purchase where some common Emira issues have already been fixed and a couple more are known and will be completed as a condition of sale.
Positives - I know they have been fixed and therefore have increased peace of mind I won't be the one to encounter them
Negatives - The car is a potential lemon and there are more waiting. Walk away and reconsider.
Opinions appreciated, thanks!

You could have got the yellow one on 0% finance with zero deposit before Xmas when it was 70K. It would be interesting if they’re still doing 0%.
They are, but you have to ask about it for some reason, they arent advertising itEdited by interstellar on Friday 21st February 09:54

Well I imagined I’d have to deal with it at some point, but have noticed the known bubbling paint on the doors this weeks.
Was aware going into the purchase that this was a documented issue. My lotus dealership is only 15mins down the road so once they have replacement doors available, I’ll get them changed.
Until then the only issue is there’s no point in getting it detailed and ceramic coated. First world problems.

Have Lotus identified what the issue is and resolved it with newer cars or is it unknown as to why? Was aware going into the purchase that this was a documented issue. My lotus dealership is only 15mins down the road so once they have replacement doors available, I’ll get them changed.
