Car care plan are the OEM supplier for McLaren.
Based from some comments on this very thread I'm working on something that will genuinely be better than any of the other offerings and slightly cheaper as well.
Will have info out and launch done before the first ones come out of the 3 years.

For new owners a serious consideration, for those that bought the car when 5yrs was stated, most likely a legal battleSquare Leg said:
70% of cars sold by one dealer have paintwork problems? I thought from the defenders of the faith that the problems were way overblown and only a handful had any issues. Perhaps 70% is actually just a handful then!Been very close to buying one but that thread on the Emira forum has cemented my doubts.
Lovely lovely car and just what I am after but whiff of 80's Maserati about some of that.
I appreciate threads are often unrepresentative and skewed to the negative and issues but the lack of support from HQ does not fill me with love.

Whilst I’m loving my time in my Evora 410, I still keep looking at an Emira.
Getting to realise I may shortly need a more easy driving weekend car, and I really do think the Emira is fantastic (save for the big screens and electronic handbrake).
But, I also really can’t now be arsed with any disruption to my life having to potentially be visiting a dealer as a regular occurrence.
I know, I may get a good one with no issues, but it’s probably not a chance I want to take anymore.
It’s a shame.

I saw my second Emira in the wild at the weekend, it was grey and to be honest the colour did it no favours at all, in fact being a little harsh it made it look pretty dull.
The other one I saw a couple of months ago was a vivid blue colour and it looked absolutely amazing.
So to my eyes at least it is a very colour sensitive car.

I agree - only seen two and whilst I’ve never wanted a blue car I saw one in the flesh and it looked amazing , it was enough to get me to put my money down on one.The other one I saw a couple of months ago was a vivid blue colour and it looked absolutely amazing.

Whilst seeing auction prices is interesting, most buyers don’t have an option to buy from an auction. Even if they did,
the lack of comeback is again, a massive barrier.
You can’t buy ‘any’ Emira at sub £50k via a private seller nor dealer. You can post similar prices for 718 and 991.2. Not buyable for the public at that level.

Trade prices across the board at all levels are truly insane atm for reference this nicer newer far lower miles Seneca Emira sold mid December 23 model with just 1.5k miles for £54k.
That yellow 72 plate had the engine management on too.
What is interesting is that 23 plate 9k mile 'ex management' Emiras (grade 1 and 2) were attracting just early £40k bids 12months back.
