Did you get any finance / lease figures on those specs ?
I’m waiting to see how it drives before I progress or request my deposit back . I think that this will be key to resale/demand
No, not yet. Makes sense to wait for the reviews of course but equally the idea of getting the car ASAP is appealing. It is also useful because our current RRS is a personal lease and it goes back soon. I’m waiting to see how it drives before I progress or request my deposit back . I think that this will be key to resale/demand
If I see any finance figs I will post.
Will need to decide soon - deadline is today to get one of the early cars!

I'm hanging off until I see how it drives - actually I may wait for the non- SUV version . I'm so impressed with my Taycan , I'm not sure the SUV will be able to better it , but here's hoping .
Waiting seems the right thing to do - not like me to be this indecisive but it doesn't quite feel right to confirm an order today.I love the Taycan and tried to get my OH into an ST version but she a) likes the elevated driving position of an SUV (not enough to drive a Defender mind you!) and b) struggled to see the front extremes of the car which she didn't like. Not a problem for me but I kind of understood where she was coming from on that one.
Will hang fire and see what the reviews are like. The big risk now is that once her RRS goes back she will likely start running around in my Audi at which point I can kiss goodbye to the alloys........
Any ideas when the finance figures will be available to leasing suppliers? Getting info from Lotus is like pulling teeth and I am wanting to see figures on my work SS scheme.
Based on a entry level spec with minimal options and with a OTR price of £93,154, the PCP figures from the Lotus site give the below:
36 Months, 6,000 mpa
£0 deposit
35 x £1,560.55
Optional Final Payment - £58,064.00
APR 8.9% APR
Excess Mileage Charge - 12ppm
It has seemingly moved on from before as you can now reserve and place a £4k deposit to confirm the finance order. Before it said figures were indicative as type approval not yet received.

Has anyone placed an order?
I'm considering it but I'm a little worried it won't meet my requirements:
I'm considering it but I'm a little worried it won't meet my requirements:
- Daily comfortable commuter wagon
- Dog transport (two large golden retrievers)
- Shoot bus (carry me, dog, guns and ammo across slippery fields, deep rutted muddy trails, or over stony moorland tracks)
- Fast journeys to Devon or Northumberland (with dog and gun).

AstonZagato - haven't seen a single road test or indeed heard from anyone who's driven one . My deposit won't progress further until I do so and they are positive ! . So range is " unknown " . I'm considering it but I'm a little worried it won't meet my requirements:

The boot is massive , dogs and guns should be fine .
I recently attended a function with a top-spec. Eletre, and can honestly say I was impressed. Forget the old Lots Of Trouble... - it oozed quality and solidity. Compared to the big German SUVs from VAG & BMW, it looked and felt 'special', however that's defined.
If I was considering an Aston DBX, Ferrari Quatropasta or Lambo Anus, I'd seriously reconsider. And then there's the Lotus's cost advantage. Maybe we'll get them in Blighty within 12 months.

Does it have off road modes? Height adjustable air suspension? If I was considering an Aston DBX, Ferrari Quatropasta or Lambo Anus, I'd seriously reconsider. And then there's the Lotus's cost advantage. Maybe we'll get them in Blighty within 12 months.
Sat in one at the EV show today. It's gorgeous! The interior is a really nice place to be and there isn't a massive screen dominating the interior. it does have a screen but it seemed far less intrusive. Honestly, bits inside like the speaker covers and switch gear are only a small step away from a Bentley. Like all such SUVs, its a BIG vehicle but felt very high quality throughout and every inch a £100k vehicle.
I watched the Carwow video of it and he gave it a massive thumbs up all round too.
'New' Lotus is looking very very very good....

A preproduction yellow Eletre is doing the rounds at UK Lotus dealerships, there was also a black one at one of the recent Electric car shows. Most interestingly though yesterday a ship arrived at Zeebrugge with a delivery of what I gather are test drive Eletres see Facebook video link below:

Hopefully there will be a proper review soon and first UK deliveries during July.

Looked a lot smaller on the road than expected.
