My 296 GTS Spec
Discussion
Thing about Sanusilver is that it really catches the light compared to argento Nurburgring but if your OH has vetoed it, then maybe you do need something else. Completely down to personal taste of course but I have an F8 Spider in blu corsa and that attracts a lot of positive opinion.

we did the 296 experience (road/Varano circuit) a while back with the GTB and I would concur that Blu Corsa suits the car well, was my favourite other than yellow! We had a 488 Spider in Blu Corsa and that also got very positive comments, car looked great. In our group, on the 296 - Rosso Imola (as pictured) was definitely no. 1 pick though...Harry Flashman said:
I had a play with a 296 demonstrator recently.
Now considering selling one of the children in order to afford one. What a car. And your spec, OP, looks brilliant.
Yes they really are fantastic, you need a long test drive I had one for 4 days, you then realise how far ahead of everyone else Ferrari really areNow considering selling one of the children in order to afford one. What a car. And your spec, OP, looks brilliant.

Looks good to me.Had a 720S spider in supernova silver with black and red detailing which suited the car IMHO even if it wasn't so popular with others or dealers.
At the end of the day colour is very personal and subjective so if you like it that's all that matters
I have had - and still have - an SL55 AMG in silver and red (brilliant silver, berry red) for 21 years and love the colour combination even now. So taking the combination to the max (sanusilver, rosso Ferrari) with this car was a great opportunity.
Of course it’s not to everyone’s taste just as there are some colours which are not to mine. I expect to keep this car for the rest of my life - I’m 68 - so disposing of it will be somebody else’s problem!
Hard to believe the SL - which is in very good condition - is only worth about what the PPF on the new one cost.

Fairplay on 21 years, mine dont even last that in months bar the 675LT spider which is approaching 7 years.Of course it’s not to everyone’s taste just as there are some colours which are not to mine. At PPF money you are never going to sell that now, you could never replace it for that
