You’d probably like my caterham 7 then.
All carbon fibre and powered by a 1200 dry sumped blackbird motor running DTA management and Jenvey throttles with an all up weight of less than 400kg ready to run....magnesium axle nose, every single item weighed and optimised! (Except me which is definitely a problem!)

what kit is that julian and what kind of spec for the weight? All carbon fibre and powered by a 1200 dry sumped blackbird motor running DTA management and Jenvey throttles with an all up weight of less than 400kg ready to run....magnesium axle nose, every single item weighed and optimised! i've just seen a bmw k1600gt engine on ebay. 160bhp and 130lb/ft bone stock to pull a bike with a dry weight of 320kg makes it seem almost sensible, plus straight 6 soundtrack.

After 3 years of great motoring, I'm regretfully coming around to selling my well sorted, low mileage Caterham Seven fitted with an R1 170bhp engine. Priced at £15k ono. Is this the sort of thing which would be of interest?
Did you ever get round to putting it up for sale? All in all a very interesting experience, but I've now scratched that itch, will probably go back to a Duratec engine Seven again one day.

Hi I am currently building a caterham powered by a zx12 motor anyone have any knowledge or experience with nova racing reverse gearboxes.i noticed the diameter of the pcd on the input and output sides are 70mm and because its an in prop box I need prop shafts that have a 70 mm pcd.also am running a siera diff which has a 100mm pcd anyone know if there’s prop shafts and adaptor plates that I can get specific for this type of conversion.thanks
