Blinking nuisance - not
Discussion
As the proud new owner of a '73 2500M, purchased in Wales on friday and driven up to the north of Scotland that night, I need to do some tidying up of niggles. The main one is that the warning light for the indicators isn't working on the dash. It comes on normally when the hazard warning lights are switched on, but not when the indicators are flashing. All the indicators are working normally. Any clues where to start checking??

In ALL the early cars that come into me for some unknown reason the YELLOW light flashes when the indicators come on and then the green light comes on when the reversing light switch is operated ......NEVER assume that a TVR is normal....They also have a red warning light for the alternator AND the brake fail light.
Later cars have seperate red hazard warning light (a slightly darker shade than the alternator and a BRAKE warning in word's which glows red and the yellow light lights when the HRW is on.
