The Cerbera was the only GT2 car ever to win a race outright though wasn't it? Okay it was a fluke because the Cerbera caught fire whilst in the lead, so they stopped the race, but the positions held!

It explains (allbeit not in great technical detail!) shy the Speed 12 is more suited to the racing. It's mainly to do with the breathing of the engine. It was tried in the Colin Blower run car but the AJP8 can't produce the sort of power needed in the GT class.
