Célia Martin has been promoted to the bronze driver role in the Iron Dames line up in WEC and IMSA.

So the line up will be:

- Célia Martin (Bronze)
- Sarah Bovy (Silver)
- Michelle Gatting (Gold)

Rahel Frey (Silver) to race in selected events alongside her project manager role.

Not officially confirmed, but they'll race a Manthey Porsche in WEC and a Proton Competition Porsche in IMSA Michelin Endurance Cup.

Vanthoor, Estre & Lotterer WEC Hypercar world champions

Toyota Constructors champion’s

Jota privateer teams champions

All 3 drivers championship contenders had issues, and the points ended up virtually unchanged from the previous race

Looked like Porsche were in control with just over an hour to go, but Toyota had too much pace for the 5 car at the end

51 Ferrari, 2nd on the road, but dumped down the field after a 5 minute plus penalty for using too many tyres

51 also got caught out by the VSC. They would have won otherwise.

But they wouldn't have, because of the tyre situation.

There isn't 2025 thread yet but I have just booked my tickets for Imola next year as I have a big birthday and wanted to do something memorable.

Driving there and back in the MX-5, hotels all booked (including at Imola where you literally fall out of bed into the circuit.). France - Switzerland - Italy. Going to be an adventure. smile

Spa WEC, Nurburgring 24, Spa 24 for me, providing I stick to my not going to Le Mans guns. Going to be a busy May and June.

Thought about Spa.

Then realised I always wanted to go to Imola, Switzerland on the way down so Italian Job/"Days Like These" fantasy fulfilled driving through the mountains. Ferrari factory on the way back. Why not? I am going with my mate and we'll split the driving, he's doing the birthday thing a year early.

Also GRRC Members Meeting for two days the weekend before I go. Going to be a good two weeks... smile

Bugger. My favourite manufacturer. I was looking forward to seeing two hypercars and some progression up the ranking in 2025.

From what I've read they may well be back in 26. They don't have the capacity to run 2 cars next year but will the following year.

Only if there is space on the grid though.

They are great cars, but why did Volkswagen AG have both Porsche and Lambo competing in the same championship? It sounds to me like a hangover from the Piech era which they may no longer be able to afford.

Not sure that progression is on the cards. Has anyone made the legier backbone competitive?

I think the Lambo team were perhaps over eager. Big wages on a few drivers. I do think they will be in IMSA next year perhaps not all rounds. That is the current noise.

Iron Lynx to run 2 AMG GT3's.

First two drivers are Claudio Schiavoni in #60 and Matteo Cressoni in #61.

Nobody saw that coming. What a mess Lamborghini made, mororsport is not their thing.

I wonder/hope if this might lead to a Hypercar effort.

Iron Dames have confirmed their switch to Manthey for the 2025 WEC Season.

Driver line up is: Celia Martin, Rahel Frey and Michelle Gatting.

For some reason Bovy isn't mentioned even though she was previously.

Ryan Hardwick, Riccardo Pera and Richard Lietz will drive the second Manthey car in WEC and Asian Le Mans Series.

Bovy is silver and will probably move elsewhere maybe into GTWC I would think, Mercedes will not be building a Hyper-car I imagine.
