It was a sad when the battle was lost, as it shows how a few numpties can have so much influence over the council

The thing that annoys me about Goodwood, is that they have 3 real time noise meters patched into the council offices. If the meters are blown, and they are the same as Combe, the council come and shut the circuit down. The Lord sold his soul to the devil (council) so that he could have the 2 festivals. In return no Sundays and stupid restrictions on noise!
