David Gravels youtube channel , this blog is particularly good with a mix of onboard footage and HD track shots. The noise is something else and Gravel offers you a real good insight into what goes on in the background at a World Of Outlaw event.

I've watched this before and it's quite an insight into how people manipulated things to gain an advantage. I think my favourite bit is Andy Petree describing Harry Gant going past the pits at daytona with the spoiler perfectly flat while the Tech Chief was inspecting another car. Alex Brundle commissioned a movie maker to recreate the opening scenes of Steve McQueen's Le Mans whilst at this years Goodwood Revival.
