M25 jnct 12 - Middlesex - Good road?

Bought a Caterham a few months ago, but can't seem to find a good local road to stretch its legs on. I live in South West London, so just off the M3 and about 10 mins from M25 jnct 12. Obviously living within the M25 doesn't help, but are there any good roads worth a blat out to on a morning? I'm thinking fastish A road with not much traffic, any thoughts?
