I think 812's look better in colours other than the normal resell Rosso Corsa. I prefer the older Ferrari colours, so (in dreamland) I'd maybe go for something like Pino Verde (same as your 250?) or Azzurro La Plata Livrea would be pretty unique. Maybe even Rosso Cordoba or Rosso Fuoco, Blu Electrico or Giallo Triplo Strato. Crema/Sabbia interior(Or darker interior for Giallo) and depending on paint colour, silver or potentially gold/bronze wheels.
All hypothetical as I probably can't afford a wheelnut for an 812, but it's nice to dream!

I'd be interested to see (if) what you go for on yours as you seem to have a bit of an aversion to the 'normal' colours like myself.

Loving the hush hush nature and inside info aspect Pete, but I cant see what Ferrari are being so coy about, the fact they have created a convertible version or what it looks like ? just that its new ?

I mean, it looks pretty much exactly like an 812 Superfast, but without a roof and they have previous form for doing convertible versions.
