If I hadn't bought an estate i'd 100% have got one of these. Love the colour. I like that to many non-car people its simply a hyundai but gets huge acknowledgement from anyone in the know.

Sister said why have you got a girls car colour and at Goodwood last week got lots of nice comments so you are correct about only some people knowing what it is .

Really considering one of these as the next family car, how are you finding living with it day to day on British roads?

I love the sound of the sports exhaust, but it was a lot louder with it deactivated than I thought it would be, maybe just the cold start.

I really like these and they were very high up on my list when deciding to opt out of my company car scheme. In the end the deals on the 140 made my decision for me.

This is the best colour of them in my humble opinion. Enjoy.

Very well thanks .

It is so good to drive and i cant sing its praises enough .

Best thing is it can be a car for what ever mood you are in from early morning quit and good ride to full attack N mode with aggressive exhaust noise and very firm suspension set up .

Time for an update on the car as its now just ticked over the 4,500 miles mark .

All is going well and the are is still putting a big smile on my face .

I have also had the time to make a few small upgrades so with some time off the car was put up on axle stands .

First I have changed the engine oil after the running in miles and have also now changed the gear box oil .

Old gear box oil and plug

New MT-LV gear box oil in the correct 70W GL4 grade .

Old and new gear oil .

Then to change out the OEM paper air filter to a Pipercross unit .

OEM air filter .

New Pipercross foam air filter .

Old and new .

All done .

Next was to add a Racechip GTS Black tuning box with app controller

This gives a small boost in power at + 30 ish BHP and torque gain of +75 LB/FT so should make the car around 300 BHP and 355 LB/FT and can also be removed very easy to take the car back to stock .

I have also got and installed the racechip XLR pedal box module that works with the same Racechip tuning box app .

l]

Last was to install a Remus GPF back exhaust system with Carbon fiber and titanium exhaust tips

Stock system .

Remus GPF back system .

The Remus system is 11 mm larger than the stock system .

Stock 65mm vs Remus 76 .

And all installed .

Some small upgrades that make the car even better IMHO .
