911 Carrera 3.0 RSR Engine?

Does anyone have any knowledge of a porsche specialist that sells or at least manufacturers a 3.0L RSR engine. I've looked all over the internet but not much has really surfaced. It's really important as I am setting up a plan to build an RCR 917 for the foreseeable future and that is my engine of choice. Please help!
