This might sound a tad stupid, but can anybody show me the location of the brake light switch on a Tuscan 1?

I have the pedal plate off, but it appears the switch and any associated mounting bracket is, err missing and I can't work out how the microswitch should be mounted.

...and my brake lights are not working wink

Thanks!

....Bracket and switch (certainly switch is Griff/Chim) are in same position as on the Chimaera/Griffith.

Grub around in/near pedal box and you should find the electrical connections....unless someone has taped and tucked them away?

Can't imagine why anyone would not want working brake lights on any car!

Thanks both,

Yes, I can confirm that both my switch AND bracket are missing! It is amazing what can be lost/borrowed/hidden when a car is left in storage for a very long time. rolleyes

Are the wires visible Are you sure the switch hasn't been changed to a pressure type in a brake line?

The switch wires are hanging there unfortunately.
