Does anyone happen to know if the springs and dampers were changed between the MK1 and 2?
If so - what are the differences?

Thanks in advance!

MK1s had Harvey Bailey springs and dampers as used on Jaguars after PW did a bulk purchase deal . MK2 had Eibach springs with Bilstein dampers.
MK2 and Convertible Spring rates as follows:_

Thank you so much!
Great listing. Interesting that the rear springs were changed so many times.
My 2002 MK1 however has green and white Eibach springs and Bilstein dampers.

Just checked what my springs were changed to when I put Nitrons (NTRRACER1) in 2017:-

Front 400 lbs (previously 200 lbs/inch)
Rear 325 lbs (previously 285 lbs/inch)

So twice as hard on the front !!!! But it does feel good
