After my motorhome broke down in Scotland returning from racing at Crail I left it with the AA and drove the trusty TVR home to Barrow in sub zero conditions. I moved the car this weekend to find a substantial amount of engine oil underneath!

I am still bringing it down this weekend but may need to put a nappy under it!
that's the spirit thumbup

Hi Charlie,
Will there be a chuck wagon in the vicinity?
Rik

There is a cafe in Dunelm down the road, or in the town.

There are 3 chuck wagons, and all are closed at the weekend frown

i'm sweating a bit, car has been sorn for 6mths and just taxed this weekend for the RR weekend. On the road its not producing boost above 6000rpm. I'm taking it down the workshop today and hoping its just belt slip or something simple. Will still be there just hoping to sort this issue out by then.
How’s it looking?

Due to a change in circumstances I’m now in!! Looking forward to it. Can only bring the one car so will bring the Cerb racer. Will be good to meet some of you and hopefully catch up with some old acquaintances!

In keeping with the thread, it’s a home built 4.7 AJP running Syvecs ECU

Interesting things from the day...

Most powerful - A1Rak supercharged Cerbera
with honorable mention to Longbaz - 531.4 bhp all between 2500 and 4000 revs - the curve was a very steep straight line upwards - incredible
Dangerous Derek pipped him at 533.7.

4.7 Cerberas seem validated. ItsallYelows 4.7 built by him at 452bhp and Gruffalo's Str8six 4.7 at 432.5 was fuelling poorly so charlie thought there was more there

Nawarne and his Tuscan 4.3 built by Str8six 9 years ago pulled a strong 412.9.

Of course we have to mention Giorgio and his 4.7 Maserato powered Cerbera at 477.9.

Well done Joolz - great day organised and he came all day with his partner and didn't even bring a car.

Also Steve? who came without his car thats in bits just to watch, but also bought tea/coffee/camping stoves.

I was expecting about 480 but had to mess and turned up the boost cut level and turned the wastegate screw a couple turns. Wow is all I can say!
