My old T350! Great to see it.
I think it may have had some engine work

It was a factory 4 litre, lightweight bodied car with close ratio box, factory Ohlins, the full works. I traded it in with James Agger, I think it was James who added the T400 badge before he retailed it. I remember thinking at the time it looked pretty tragic!

Same as mine ; mine is black with a 4.0 engine, big front brakes, lightweight too, big bore but a standard diff.

And in black, black interior, black wheels.

I drove it today, and, man, it's the best way to get a smile on your face !

That pic was taken many many years ago. I haven’t really driven the car regularly for 5 or 6 years. Currently engine work being done - taken a year or two so far.

You seem to be incredibly unlucky with engine work, considering how reliable the AJP8 can be?

I tried going to the PH Sunday Service in MK... Bad move human! The weather in the Cotswolds was coming down in biblical proportions... I simply had to give up and turn around as the roads were flooded. eek

By lunchtime, the sun was out and the floodwater had drained away enough for me to pop over to Caffeine & Machine for lunch. driving

Nah I’ve only had 6 or 7 rebuilds over 3 Cerberas over 20
Or so years. They just aren’t very reliable. I don’t thrash mine, I warm them up relatively gently, check oil and water before each drive, service annually, only use TVR specialists……

How many miles would you say you do per year, out of interest?

Presently = 0
Last couple of years = a couple of hundred
Few years before that = 1k pa I guess
Before that was maybe = 4K pa.
Early days = maybe 6k pa

Blimey,

I had my Cerbera from around 2006 to 2020 and 60000 miles, not one rebuild, didn’t really warm it up and used all through the year, more tack days than I can remember and a few trips down to the south of Spain.

Just general servicing, tappets etc, had one starter motor and one clutch, Str8six looked after it for most of its time with me.

Serviced every year no matter what the mileage.
