The Tifosi on this board might like this:

Personally I found it to be a little inaccurate, particularly at the Nurbugring in the wet!!

Maybe inaccurate for the wet, but my experiences with 996TT and driving Kevin's 360 means that I am absolutely convinced the 360 will leave a 996TT (rolling start anyway!). A tiptronic 996TT? My car will say goodbye to that one easily.

Ninja - I think I believe you now. Moreover with our bits on it now, Kevins car is running around 415bhp+....

Ha ha,

You on here just at the same time as me?

Just finished lunch so taking a minute out to let it digest!

Yep, Kevin's car is seriously quick metal. Its mental how quick it is, none of the 355's laziness. Its sort of like a Supra and a 355 mixed together. Kevin's car is now the ULTIMATE car. I was looking at some dealer websites again!!! Looked at some LHD but I don't think I can go that way, need RHD.

Going to the Ring in September, a colleague in a 360 and myself in my 996tt. When there in May I took him on the straight following Galgenkopf (have it on video). This time I think we'll have to level the speed to say 100mph, running parallel then lamp it and see what happens.

Agreed on the tipronic, they lose a second to 100mph, but people who have thwm seem to like them. I went for manual as is the 360 on the forthcoming trip.

May have to attend a PH meet one day. (Near some nice roads)

No no no no no no no. You, sir, are a bad influence. No. I will not go car shopping, especially with you!! You are very dangerous to my wallet, and I cannot be doing that right now. Me needs me house deposit money staying either in bank or spent on house, no other way. And I checked out prices, selling Supra won't give me enough liquid to spend on a decent 360. They are mostly still 100K+!!!! And I have considered financing it (all your ideas BTW, bloody good salesman too) and its a no go too, I'll be paying a mortgage soon so don't fancy paying two things off. It has to be RHD, you know I don't like LHD. Actually prefer changing gears with my left hand anyway.

So no. Not now anyway. BUT, I have found myself curiously thinking about a tubi for the 355. I won't do it (not now anyway) as I am too scared about the warranty, and it might be too loud. But f**k its tempting. I think I'll wait till next year and get a 360 and pass it to you.

I'll go shopping with you for your car though

BTW, shall we go to Maranellos again, with Kevin ? Test Drive? I mean the 575, not the girl BTW.

Dazren,

You SHOULD come to a meet. I think a tunnel blast is in order v soon and it would be good to meet you. We can compare notes! You really must hear Kevin's 360 now. I've been making silly noises (infront of people that I really shouldn't!) trying to replicate that noise in my head all day and last night. Scary what a car can do to you?

Anyhow - test driving the 575 - well what else would I be test driving - you should be ashamed of yourself you bad bad boy Nat would be disgusted with your antics...
The girl from Maranello's??? Were you hoping she would examine your pipe for you......

Being based just outside Bristol, I'm keeping my eye out for any meets west of Reading. London is just too much hassle. The annual dinner in Swindon on 2nd Nov is no good because I'm booked off to be away that weekend.

Ninja and Manu,

Boys can you both try and keep your libido in check??!!!

Anyone would think that at Scuderia Systems we spend our time sizing up the opposite sex and encouraging our customers to do the same?? Actually, if that isn't outstanding customer service nothing is!!

I know, its so true, I just didn't think it was that transparent! Is it that obvious?

You are slowly building me a reputation that I neither deserve nor is believeable. Perhaps its your covert way of moving the focus to me, and hiding your own little "strategy"? Luckily Ajay is my witness!

The girl from Maranello's??? Were you hoping she would examine your pipe for you......

Now Bernadette thinks her boss is a mad weirdo that bursts out laughing at his computer screen. And Nat working in the other room thinks her boyfriend is flirting with his staff. Thanks a lot Manu.

And anyway, from what I remember it was you who wanted to upgrade her "back box".

Got to agree with and what an amazing noise!
We had a blast for about 15 miles on Sunday with me in my Tamora. Kevin mostly kept at a sensible distance behind but it would have been good if we'd both floored it together? Then I could have seen just how fast it is?
Cheers.... Andrew

"Upgrade her back box..?" - Ninja you sicken me - and there I was thinking you were an innocent respectable Ferrari owner like the others on PH....
And if Bernadette thinks her boss is a mad weirdo then she'd be right.

It appears to me that "the reputation" that you are referring to has been built for some time... I certainly hope you're not this lewd behind the wheel of the Spyder....

Hey GB61390 - Trust me mate - that 360 is devastating - it accelerates almost (but not quite) as quickly as Ninjas running after he's seen some attractive flesh!!!

'Course not, and up to a ton neither would it 'do' the Caterham I had before it.. If anyone is having bright ideas about entering my car in some drag race to satisfy their curiosity- no way Pedro Go ask 'Reverend Bob' instead. This isn't the point, IMO anyway, turning your exhaust into a wind instrument is!

Kevin (sure there is an 'ooh-er missus in there but it's too damn early)

Agreed, and I don't want to start a "who's got the fastest arguement" but with 330bhp/tonne and 0-100mph in 9.1secs the Tamora must come pretty close?
Cheers.... Andrew

From what I've heard you need an McLaren/F50/F40/Enzo to take on an Ultima..... whoa.....!!!!
ANd that 0-100mph for the Tamora should make it faster than the Murcielago....

And you neglect to mention: ... when Manu is sitting next to him screaming "look, over there, quick?"

Anymore news from the Maranellos girl?
