Another positive vote - mine was very nearly perfect and the 2nd best car I've ever owned. Not cheap to run but then when owned by Ferrari what can you expect? It'll be interesting to see if spares/servicing reduce now it's part of Alfa.

I can see myself buying another one as a classic in a few years.

Just to show you much we're ripped in the UK, I've just got a quote from my local Porsche OPC in Barcelona - 65 Euros per hour!

bad loser

For my 10c worth.

I've now had 2, I'm probably one of the ones that Rich (Mr Tony) is talking about when he talks about masers been written off in the wet .

Driven fairly carefully I can get 22 mpg - usually I'm somewhere around the 20 mpg mark. Which I think is more than a lot of 4 wheel drives that blight the landscape these days.

Not really enough room behind my seat to sit comfortably but I do have the seat as far back as it will go.

Doesn't use much oil, and neither did the one before.

I've had no problem with this one, except the CD blew a fuse and was replaced under warranty.

I've done about 6000 miles in it since Feb and use it as a daily driver, with a 35 mile round trip.

It turns people's heads so much that when driving the wife's Punto (yes, I know I'm cruel making her drive a Punto) I wonder why people are not looking.

All in all, I love the car and want to keep it for a long time. I'll be getting another car soon to reduce the mileage of the 3200.

Oh, and I don't drive it hard at all in the wet (or even damp) now.
