Aston Martin Centenary Event - Tomorrow, Kensington Gardens
Discussion
Sunday 21st July 2013 from 10:00am to 05:00pm
I wasn't going to be able to go, but my ex-plans for tomorrow have now been cancelled at the last minute, so it looks like I will be going to Kensington Gardens.
There will be 100 Astons displayed from across the years, including the A3 (oldest surviving Aston) and several Bond cars and Le Mans racers. Owners will also be able to exhibit their car in the Privé area.
I'm looking forward to it!

visible to us plebs left outside just difficult to get pics of them...

Just a shame the stewards prevented anyone from walking around the Aston Martin car-park!

I agree, it was a shame about not being able to get into the car park, but it didn't really matter when just about every other kind of Aston was displayed elsewhere.
Once I've got my photos onto the computer I can show you some close-up pics of the Le Mans cars. Thanks again to the very kind man who gave me his pass, if he happens to come across this thread.

Interesting, the V600LM is also owned by a Pher.I agree, it was a shame about not being able to get into the car park, but it didn't really matter when just about every other kind of Aston was displayed elsewhere.

You're absolutely right but it's the first time I've ever been declined access to a car park and it's a shame those cars weren't used as a feature of the show.
Nonetheless a great event on a lovely day and the cars looked fantastic.
