No. Otherwise that would defeat the object of a 400 space list and it would be a free for all. People will drop out closer to the date however.

Not strictly true, there is the car park if you're visiting MBW and are nothing to do with PH. Whether it's policed on the day is another matter.

Last time, PH had reserved parking on the banking. This was well organised. It is separate from the normal visitors parking. So you can still visit if you can get a space in the normal visitors car park.

Well, as a 1M owner it’s pretty rare to see more than one in the same place and they’re usually pretty precious to their owners - the idea of a gang of them tearing up MB World’s driveway seemed a little far fetched, that’s all.

I don't disagree, it was the grassed area at the end that some thought would be fun to spin around on, enough to leave plenty of evidence.

I just thought the whole 'event' was a massive let down on so many levels. Whilst I didn't expect to see the Festival of Speed I thought there may have been more substance to it than just a bunch of people parking their pride and joy on a large car park for others to gawp at. Dunno, maybe that was the whole point.

That makes a lot more sense - I’ve been to most SS for the last few years and I’ve been the only 1M every time. Was kicking myself I’d missed one where half a dozen had shown up

Makes more sense! The last PHSS at MBW was 2022 and I think they stopped around 2013. Didn’t see any issues last year.

Those ruffians and scallywags with their four-wheeled horseless carriages had the temerity to operate their vehicles with neither hat, nor monocle!
