Drat Beano - didn't get to meet you dude!

Me and Lara had a spiffing time even though we were in the poxy 200sx. Pub was great and the food was scrummy.

By the way, who had the green griff with the alarm problems that was stuttering out of the carpark with hazard lights blaring. Heh heh! There are some things I don't miss about Griff ownership!

WIMP!

Mrs Beano had a cold - and has passed it to me this afternoon!

Only joshing - we missed you!

Really wish I'd made it... it wasnt the cold that did me in, but my dicky back. Also suffering a sore left leg & aching foot. Blimey imagine what I'll be like when I'm old ! Falling to bits already.

BB,

I will have to get this "schimg" name changed just need to think of something better and more appropriate perhaps Steve G!...it was good to meet up with a few of you and put faces to names.

Thanks for making a non Griff owner feel welcome, I am sure that the other chim owner and Howard (cerbie) would echo that.

Nice little run out too the sun shone (well most of the way!)...fantastic.

Steve. G.

There has to be a classic caption in this picture – any suggestions?

DOG1: Say is that a cat?

DOG2: I'll take it out, I'll take it out!

Woof, woof, that's my other dog impression!

Well done BB for suggesting the meeting and everyone else for making the day, Janet & I had a great time, a 300 excellent mile round trip and the convoy after was fun!

Blasting around in one TVR is great, but a convoy of seven or eight is awesome! My ears are still ringing from following the cat-less Griff with the four tailpipes (I thought mine was loud)

Looking forward to the next meetup.

Cheers,

Neilmac (tail-end-charlie)

We've been down the pub tonight (as you do), and how about this for a suggestion.

Southern Griff Gathering, Southampton area, first weekend in April.

Northern Griff Gathering, Newcastle/Lancaster area, first weekend in July.

Central Griff Gathering, Same as today, First weekend in October.

Then, we've got no excuse not to make a gathering somewhere, once a year, but not too frequent as to become blase or passe.

Didn't realise you had it out BB, it must have been very cold

Seriously, thanks for arranging it... and it shows that God is a TVR driver... roof down all day, and it started peeing down 10 minutes after I got home

Definately make it a regular... good to put a face to a few people prior to BTandP ... see you there

Sorry I couldnt make it but it was a bit short notice this year and clashed with a pre-arranged visit to the in-laws. Would def have been there otherwise.

First of all - great day out - thanks BB for arranging. Definately has to be an annual thing!

Just seen your pics BB - first one worried me - I was parked between the white Griff (flipflopgriff) and your yellow beastie, in my Formula Red one, but the pic shows a very dark colour!!

I didn't know the pidgeons had done that much cr*pping over my body!!
