Useless fact of the day:
Did you know that houses in Yateley can be in any one of 3 counties?
Most of Yateley is in Hampshire, but parts are in Berkshire and Surrey.

Bit of a bummer if those three counties go to war, eh?

( God, it's a long day Roll on the Factory hooter and get that top down.....)

OK fellow Basingstoke PHers, if you wanted a shot of your vehicle, nose in the air, compressed springs from the rear as you blasted away from the leisure centre roundabout there's a 95% chance I have one of you!!
Anyway just e-mail me (reminding me of your registration - or the fact that you didn't have one that day) and I will e-mail you one or two (I've kept the size down to about 300k)

Stunt Monkey, a few on their way to you, too!

Only a 95% chance? Well I missed the Audi, didn't I? Whoops! Sorry Carzee, must have thought it was just another going by..... I'll get you next time!

Beano,

Excellent work, I did wonder who was taking the pictures exiting the roundabout. I was the starmist Chim sans number plate (damned pheasants) if you have a pic or two I would be very grateful.

Thanks in advance.

Matt.

So Don, Seeing that everyone had a great time that Sunday Morning!

When's the next one?
I'm sure everyone who took part, would like to again.

If you need any help in organising one, give us a shout!

Don

D'you know, Cosmic, I was thinking the same thing...

Some thoughts:

I am more than willing to organise another one

I would really appreciate any help offered. If a few of us organised things together we could probably achieve an even better result - although people turning up with their cars is the main thing!

I might try to think up something very slightly more ambitious next time perhaps including an NT property/maybe or .... we'll have to canvas opinion???

It would be cool to get the great Ted along as GOH

I think we should still leave it a little while longer as if these things are done too often they lose their appeal....and there is the Chatsworth thing some people will go to from down our way...

Whatever we go for as an event we should make sure everyone has a number of weeks/months warning to clear the calendar....

Thinking caps on then.... ?

Cosmic would certainly be a great help organising this as she has experience of organising corporate events.

She's also a damn fine wedding organiser too.

(less than 7 weeks to go now )
