M3 TVR meet 07.05.2002 evening.

Next Tuesday 07.05.2002 starting at 18:30.

I think the convoy idea could work, picking TVR's up on the way.

1. 18:30 Meet at Old Deer Car Park (Richmond), opposite Richmond pools on A316. leave at 18:45. Continue along A316 then turn off at the Sunbury junction.

2. Pick up second parties at Sunbury, there's a Jet garage 1/3 of the way along towards to the Crooked Billet. Continue along under the M25 and up the A30 towards Bagshot. 19:00 -19:15

3. Pick up third parties at Monkey Foreskin Pub (It's monkey's something) in Egham on A30 just up the hill from the F garage. 19:30

4. Continue along A30 to Old Barn (has big car park and is easy for people to get away from) 20:00

5. Have a few drinks there, bitch and moan about car problems and look admeration of others cars.

6. From here who knows. We could blast to over to Guildford or something, some fun roads over that way, especially around Pirbright.

I should be able to make it to the Old Barn nr Pantiles. A run to Guildford sounds good, I live there.
As Powelly mentioned the Pirbright roads deserve respect. One off camber bend after another. Very difficult to negotiate.

Bugger - I was unable to access the web yesterday so I missed the event ! To make it worse, I live no more than 5 minutes from Pantiles.

Although I no longer own a TVR, it's only a matter of time before I return ... once bitten !
