cgi c class

Hi guy,s just joined thanks. I have a major problem with a c class c180 cgi petrol 2010.Its is getting lots of petrol in the oil with in 100 miles.no faults show up no smoke runs fine.no miss fire,cant see it being the injectors as it runs fine.any ideas????? cheers

How do you know it's getting lots of petrol in the oil? What symptoms do you have?

If it IS petrol in the oil it can pretty much only be an injector not shutting off and draining the remaining fuel into the cylinder which then drains past the rings into the sump.

Has little or no effect on how it is running at the time, although monitoring fuel trims could show it up.

Hi sorry been busy. Thanks for replies.when you dip the oil it has about 1/2 litre to much,and you can smell it,drained it and you can see it in the oil.There is a guy on a web site who has the exact same symptoms as mine ,he has changed the pump,injectors,etc still the same.I thought injectors to but no fault codes,no smoke out of the exhaust,engine runs well,thanks

A leaky injector won't give a fault code, won't smoke, and won't stop the engine running but will leak petrol into the cylinder & down past the rings overnight to pool in the sump.

Thats what i have.But reading on google it says it will run lumpy,idle rough etc?engine runs good.any one have a cgi with this problem

Hi would like to say sorry to E BMW.Think I upset you.Been reading on internet about this problem and every one telling me different things.It turned out to be 3 out of the 4 injectors were leaking badly,Every one said I wont be them ,but it was them in the end.so E BMW YOU WERE CORRECT THANKS FOR YOUR HELP.
