The only feature I would add is a dedicated plug and play wideband lambda. I hate all the fiddling setting lambdas up. If my wish were granted the only lambda set-up you should have to do is alter the feedback time depending how far the probe is from the combustion chamber, and set your target AFR and that's it. It should really be that simple in a perfect world.
Surely that would do Dave and you out of a job on the Fuel map ..biggrin
Lol, well it does anyway to some extent .. after i've mapped on the rollers I always go back and check any trimming out on the open road and adjust the map accordingly. I've never found a car that drives well on rolling road mapping alone, every car I've ever had mapped (by some big names in the business) has always been jerky and stuttery on light throttles and have always needed trimming in the real world to make it smooth and progressive from closed throttle through the first few throttle sites. Having a well set wideband makes this very easy but it helps to get the map as close as possible in the first instance so I don't think the days of the rolling road are numbered yetwink
